On November 5, 2024, the 7th Shenzhen International Charging Pile and Battery Swapping Station Exhibition (referred to as "CPSE Shenzhen Charging and Battery Swapping Exhibition") and the 12th China International Electric Vehicle Charging and Battery Swapping Industry Conference were grandly held at the Shenzhen Futian Convention and Exhibition Center. More than 600 charging and battery swapping industry chain companies at home and abroad participated in the exhibition. On the first day, more than 100,000 industry professionals visited the exhibition to share the innovative scientific and technological achievements of charging technology in the new era and explore new directions for high-quality development of the new energy industry chain.

The 7th Shenzhen International Charging Pile and Swapping Station Exhibition 2024 will be held at the Shenzhen Convention and Exhibition Center from November 5th to 7th. The total scale of this exhibition is expected to exceed 50,000 square meters, with more than 800 exhibitors and more than 35,000 professional visitors.
This exhibition grandly launched the 720kW independent air duct supercharging solution and debuted the 720kW independent air duct supercharging system demonstration prototype for the first time. Youyou Green Energy provides core charging modules and supercharging related technical solutions, providing charging pile companies and charging operators with a set of solutions with better TCO cost for supercharging station construction.
The power unit of this solution uses the Youyou Green Energy 40kW·IP65 independent air duct charging module, which adopts independent air duct heat dissipation technology and has a protection level of up to IP65. The components and air ducts are isolated and closed from each other, completely dustproof and waterproof, so that sand, dust, water vapor and salt mist cannot enter seamlessly. The whole package design does not require dustproof cotton and additional cooling fans, reducing the cost of equipment investment. The module has built-in zero-power devices, which can really help the station operation to increase revenue.
As a star product of MIDA POWER, the liquid-cooled charging module has received the focus of on-site industry experts at this exhibition. The new generation of Youyou Green Energy 40kW/60kW liquid-cooled charging module adopts a fully enclosed design in structure, and the inner cavity has zero contact with the air, completely isolating the influence of the external environment on the inside of the module. It has a high protection level of IP65, which is completely dustproof and waterproof compared to the traditional direct ventilation module IP20. The water-electricity separation design is adopted in the internal cavity, and the unique annular closed waterway can achieve ultra-low noise operation, solving the noise problem caused by the heat dissipation of the fan of the conventional charging pile.
Focusing on the destination charging scenario, MIDA POWER launched 11kW/20kW/30kW small DC fast charging modules designed for destination charging scenarios. It adopts IP65 independent air duct technology, and the integrated height is easy to integrate into the whole pile. It has 96.5% ultra-high efficiency and 45dB silent operation. At the same time, it has built-in auxiliary source, output power distribution, metering functions, etc., and conveniently integrates small power DC fast charging piles without monitoring. It is suitable for high-protection and low-noise charging scenarios such as scenic spots, hospitals, communities, and hotels. In response to the V2G vehicle-grid interaction needs of home electric vehicles, MIDA launched a highly integrated integrated V2G DC charging and discharging module with a power range of 7kW/11kW/22kW/30kW. It adopts independent air duct IP65 high protection technology and can operate with low noise and maintenance-free. In an emergency, car owners can use V2G DC charging and discharging piles to use electric vehicle batteries to provide power supply and important loads for their families. At the same time, when the power grid is under high load, the excess power of the car can be fed back to the power grid to obtain peak-valley price difference benefits.
