The HPC cooling module (TD8125010-XC01001) is used for intelligent high-power charging (HPC) technology, the radiating power is 3KW, the charging current can reach 500-800A (ambient temperature 50℃), and ensure the safe and stable operation of the high-power charging gun line. The core technology of the product is to provide coolant with appropriate temperature and flow rate to the high-power charging gun line under all working conditions to ensure that the temperature rise of the high-power charging gun line relative to the ambient temperature does not exceed 50K (ΔTmax = 50K) during the charging process.
