    MIDA's CCS1 water-cooled cable and 600A CCS2 oil-cooled cable adopt liquid circulation cooling technology, using dedicated liquid circulation channels between the cable and the charging connector to carry away the heat generated during the charging process. This not only effectively reduces the temperature of the charging cable but also supports charging power up to 800kW, significantly increasing charging speed. In contrast, traditional 600A CCS1/CCS2 charging cables rely on air circulation for cooling and can only support up to 400kW of charging power, resulting in slower charging speeds.

    In terms of charging time, MIDA's 600A liquid-cooled cables have undergone continuous optimization, with voltage increasing from the initial 400V to 800V and 1000V; meanwhile, the current has been raised from the original 80A to 250A, and even up to 600A for supercharging levels. SINBON's liquid-cooled cables can maintain 600A continuous charging with dual cables, and under specific strategies, can achieve short-term charging at 800A, capable of charging a 100kWh battery pack to 80% in about 10 minutes.
